Toys On The Rocks, still the oldest LandCruiser club in Placerville, at 40 something years, will be having our annual vehicle show, swap meet, raffle and social event on April 27 this year, the last Saturday of the month. Yes, a Saturday, last year was on Sunday.
Venue is the same though...
Could be. There's a lot of 4x4s of every ilk around here, but i see a few 40s parked in the trees just driving to the market. There are times around here when you need a capable rig and perhaps LandCruisers just outlast most others.
Stopped by again today, Saturday, cause it was just after noon and I was thirsty.
Apple trees are not crazy blooming, but nice enough.

Stopped by the venue again today, just to check in and make sure all was in readimess. And have a pint on a gorgeous day.

I stopped by Pine-o-mine today to see about how vehicles might be placed and check in with the owners. We're thinking about re-arranging some rocks or chunks of tree to make some sort of ramp, just for fun. They say the apple trees should be blossoming that weekend, might be sorta pretty. And...
