Cut bait and run, that whole pallet is crap except the housing, hubs & axles, & wheel bearings if they are new. The housing is questionable as you have already made repairs and as Kurt mentioned it may not be straight. Whats the chunk & axle splines look like ? Sad for them that they shipped...
Cruisermatt, I disagree, the ARB, Detroit, in the 9.5 are too small and break. The lunch box as well, all broke. I have never tried a spool but have moved on from the 9.5.
Not trying to debate, dont care, IMO the 9.5 is great for normal/moderate use.
IIRC the newer 9.5's have larger pinion and bearings, The 80's & older LC 9.5's have not held up for me, the carrier cross shaft or spider gears always break, never broke a pinion. Thats all, just an observation.
Cruisermatt- he has an original FF housing, don't look like much else is OEM. IMO the 9.5 chunk is not up to the task/driving that most people who install FF do.
