I think he meant access to install the Ravelco would be easy since the truck is currently apart.
I’m not planning any anti-theft devices on this Cruiser. Once it’s done, it will spend most of its nights in my garage or far from the city.
I have the King 2.5s on my 200 as well and I'm pretty happy with the ride. I'll probably add more rebound damping when they go in for rebuild or just go with 3.0s.

sandblast
acid wash
water wash
POR 15
paint top coat
I know the chassis parts that are getting reused are being sandblasted. I'll let Ian answer the paint/coating plan for those parts.
We're going with Blackhawk radius arms, Dobinson rear LCAs, Dobinson's adjustable...
