   Intermittent ECU issue?

   That sounds like the 7.5 IGN fuse was loose or simply not making contact. The ECU has nothing to do with the CHARGE light or the A/T light, but they're on the same fuse. The ECU will not "know" that the ignition switch is in the ON position without that fuse, hence no CEL.
