We’re suppose to get a couple feet of snow, waiting patiently so we can go play in it some.

That’s about where I sit on trails too, nothing crazy (usually) but definitely more than fire roads. IMO a fully articulating hitch is worth it there. If memory serves me right, a standard ball hitch can operate at a max 30* angle/twist on the ball. On a trail like that, when your rig and...

So, how'd you and the fam like the setup on this one, major pros/cons?

I see that SoCal teardrop has a standard ball hitch and just want to inject my opinion for folks with campers or who will be buying them in the future. It is 100% worth it to get an off road hitch, even if you're not doing more serious off roading. Here is my Pros/Cons opinion, both in order of...

Teardrops are the way to go...if you’re not trying to sleep a family of 6 and want to truly get remote of other campers.

😳 That’s a lot of meat. Surprised you’re getting away with that in the great white north. Looking sick though. Can’t tell if the rubber looks big or is big, 35s or 37s?

It’s the same here. I was lucky enough to randomly stocked up at the end of 2019 and come into another bulk buy from my BIL (who’s ex SF) who was moving to Germany and sold me his stash for dirt cheap. That said, it’s surprising how many people I see out shooting still, even with ammo shortages...

A good buddy and I hit our favorite spot for some shooting today, had to dial in a reflex sight on the CZ and verify some firing pin repairs on an old cheap shotgun. Decided to wander a ways down the trails after, beautiful sunset with Pikes Peak in the background.

Took the wife and FIL out to the mountains for some target practice and lead therapy. To keep it GX related, here’s my best quick attempt at stuffing 3” of lift and 33’s with a little flex...need more flex I think. Also a random pic of one of our trips.

I only took two photos on Black Bear, had a Jeep behind us and didn’t wanna hold him up. Here’s the other Ophir Pass Cinnamon Pass This is not a pass ...and so isn’t this one.

Spent a few days in Breck with the family and did a quick little shakedown off Hoosier Pass on the way home. Need to finish the darn teardrop do we can take some trips and see how she does.

I’ve considered using those areas for something, but I change my mind all the time and have learned to be hesitant to drill holes in things I can’t easily and cheaply replace (and I’ll be adding CC switch soon too, so would be shy about drilling that new part). I had three open slots left of...
