   New OEM fan clutch but still roaring dump truck?

   Pull the fan and clutch off and drive it around. That'll tell you if it's the fan/clutch combo or something else. Jim

   New OEM fan clutch but still roaring dump truck?

   When the fan bracket bearing starts going out it sounds just like you are describing. Remove the belt and spin the fan checking for roughness, side to side motion, etc. Jim
