   I don't think any of the tow bars are "factory", I believe that they're all port/dealer installed, and may vary based on year or region. My son's 2000 TLC, originally sold in the Gulf States Toyota region, seems to have that same tow bar (and a 285/75R15 KO2 spare). My 1999 LX470 (285/75R16...
