Weekend quest into Canada's westernmost province, British Columbia.
Right around 90 miles one way from pavement. One way in one way out. (Unless you know somebody with a barge that can float you down the lake..) Bears, grouse, trout, sketchy bridges, radio access one lane cliff roads...

Went ''out west'' as the local phrase goes.
Trusty Hilux sporting new used rubber, just in time for the slippery season. May swap rims around in time but they came mounted so on they went for now at least.
Not much snow yet, has been an abnormally mild beginning of winter.

Last weekend adventures in west central Alberta, sunny and bright. Still lots of snow to be found in the hills. First run on manual swapped '85. A fresh convert is learning the ways of the wrench and the woods.
