   Can someone tell me what was here originally?

   Update: Looks like the cubby is 55619-60010 Cover, Cup Holder Hole, Toyota. The cupholder is 55620-60010 Holder Assy, Instrument Panel Cup [01.1995 - 08.1996]. The switch blanking plates appear to be 55539-32010-C0.

   Only '95 - '97 have the cubby above the stereo. You might find an aftermarket lower cubby like in @Fj80oregon's photo on any year. I don't know what the part numbers are for the rectangular blanking plates. You could probably ask for some in the classifieds. Wit's End sells a replacement...
