That looks nice but if you do the exhaust like this there’s no need to worry about any of the fluid/vac lines around there. Way better for heat management as well as you aren’t going between the t-case/floor. Edit, just looked back and see you already built it all. Whoops

You won't be able to do much with the injectors without an actual injector machine.

that fuel pressure is ok. Once you get it to smooth out and make good intake vacuum it will probably jump up to 50ish psi. Make sure that vacuum hose from the FPR to the intake is in good shape btw. Very commonly overlooked critical part. In fact, you can run a external vacuum source to it to...

looks great. You should only need 1/4" or so. Aluminum would be perfectly fine and easy to drill.

The 1/2” change from stock is not a problem. Put the mount where you will have good threads. Bonus if you helicoil them.

We drill and tap the adapter, bolt the FJ62/auto mount to it, bolt that to the original crossmember/frame, then use that to locate the engine mounts. The engine will be perfectly located 1" off the firewall. If only AA would listen to my suggestions and put both hole patterns in the adapter...

Make sure to drill and tap the adapter for the FJ62 mount before it goes under the truck, much easier out of the vehicle then under it!

I like to use a NPT adapter and go straight to the block with the Toyota oil pressure sensor since there’s no need for the GM one. Less potential leak points and cleaner look. You’ll have this done in no time!
