I think you are going to see a decrease in what people will be willing to pay given that you are selling it so soon after the engine is swapped. People will likely assume it has issues.

Now is the opportune time to do a steering rack if you are so inclined since the access is much easier. Besides that engine and transmission mounts would be the main ones. Replacement exhaust headers if they are ticking. I think everything else is pretty serviceable with the engine in.
So call me skeptical, but are you having the same shop do the work on the new engine? I might just have trust issues, but I am not sure I would actually want them doing the work.
