   Earni im gonna say that's for a back up light switch , on a column mount shift type FJ40 68-69 the reverse switch is on the very end , sorta to the LEFT of the hazard switch R/L in my period correct paper parts cataloger in ONLY a reverse switch , if some one did a floor shifter conversion...
