    I believe rear heater hoses will work with 1/2" ID. Most other larger hoses are basically 5/8" ID. If you want to bypass rear heater, best way I know is to use 87245-60420 from heater valve to core and a strip of 5/8 as a return line from heater to metal line above the exhaust.
