So, I have to add that I've daily driven Corvettes for over 15 years.
With that said, I'm 37 with a really bad back (disabled veteran).
I got used to having to 'step over' a high bolster which could be an issue for some that aren't so used to it. It's not that high, just not at all flat like...
Old console might be thrashed, which warrants replacement alone.
Old console has pathetic cup holders.
Old console is limited in storage space.
At least that was the case for me.
New console adds convenience of adding aftermarket accessories that can easily be removed if you change things...
