    ^^^ This is what I would suggest. That way you will know if you’ve found the total issue or if you need to keep looking after the new fan clutch.

    Good video, that is way too much movement of your fan, way too much. The fan needs to be tightened up. I’m not sure on an 80, but on my 60 it’s fairly easy to access the nuts in Stu…tight but doable. Someone with 80 experience will chime in.

    Again, recheck posts #9 & #12 & #15. You have classic symptoms of this issue. Easy to verify, do a search.

    Maybe check to see if you have a broken driver side engine mount. This would allow your engine to move upwards as you rev the engine, possibly causing moving parts to hit & make noise.
