Having the thrust washer stuck to the idler shaft gives me bad mojo. I always stick it to the case with MP Grease per the FSM. That said it looks like the case went together fine. Looks beautiful.

Does part # 90919-01065 just translate to a standard Denso W14EXR-U ?
I would have bet that you would have gone with an ultra cool early FJ60 (Hand Crank Provisioned) harmonic balancer bolt
