Maybe I should trim that loose fiber and (away from the top) check with a lighter if it melts or burns.
Not all the stitching is that loose, but most is looser than I would think is ideal. I'd be impressed if this is a homemade top, it fits well and has some well thought out features. It really...
Thanks @JohnnyC
Here's a closeup picture where a hole has worn through. It is definitely lightweight and definitely not waxed. Is there a way to tell for sure if it is the polyester canvas?
Thanks. I've got a couple body color (cygnus white) spray cans for the B pillars. Might go black on the bows to minimize appearance, can't really see them anyway.
Now to modify the B pillar to have taper in so my doors close better. Really seems like Real Steel should make these that way since...

Thanks! I used to do a lot of crawling (have a set of Irocks on beadlocks), but now I mostly drive my kids around
It's a...

I bought this factory style soft top off facebook marketplace and put it on a Real Steal bow set.
It is a plain canvas material (feels kinda thin TBH). The sides completely zip off to make a "bikini" top. Based on the bikini top and trail cover I have from Julie I don't think it is a...
