Been using the LCP Severe Duty links for a while now. (the above pic is one I took of them when they were delivered). The links have been holding up great along with my Blackhawk HD swaybar. I've put them through some serious abuse and they seem to have handled everything I've thrown at them...
Yeah your rig and mine have some differences. In many ways I wish my 80 was a bit more like yours. Actually, what I really want is a second 80 that's built like yours (lean and mean).
I love your 80 Rich! If I was running the trails you do more frequently, I would change how mine is built...
These pics are from Tuesday this week. Suspension still moving well with both swaybars in place. 37x13.50 on 3" Slinky suspension.

Running without swaybars isn't terrible for normal daily driving and for moderate offroad speeds. Clearly some prefer not using the swaybars when running more difficult trails. I've wheeled with Broski and know he doesn't run swaybars. But he generally runs trails that are more difficult and...
The Blackhawk panhard (trackbar) are nice. I already had adjustable panhards when I did the Slinky lift so I didn’t get them but having seen them in person. They are nice HD pieces.
I modified (strengthened) my original swaybar links last night and reinstalled my Blackhawk swaybar, which is still on the market. :p

get on the back order list. Otherwise a bunch of the next shipment gets used up filling those orders and you’re constantly chasing stock until they get more.
I won’t argue that it would be better if they were just able to keep it all stocked.
Describe what you mean by “pushing the front end side to side”. I haven’t noticed anything like that with the Blackhawk.
One thing I have liked with the Blackhawk rear bar besides much better control of body roll, is when doing fast dirt roads the truck understeers less. Can actually get the...
Ya ok. According to the ramp I used to check clearance travel didn’t change.
I’ll clarify the roll steer comment. “Gone” isn’t technically accurate I suppose if we’re getting nit-picky. But less body roll = less roll steer. Any roll steer that’s present isn’t noticeable.
Figured I could add a few more photos of the 4xOverland/Blackhawk swaybar and the extra bits.
Blackhawk swaybar compared to stock rear swaybar.

I run the HD rear Blackhawk swaybar. Was a very nice improvement over the stock one. This is the same one from 4xOverlandUSA that @mryanangel mentioned earlier in the thread that is meant for use with the Slinky suspension. My truck has been much flatter in corners and the roll steer in the...
