I get it. It is very annoying to have to go through another radiator swap. However, good to hear the warranty process seemed pretty seamless. What of the leaking one?
@abuck99, yes finally got it installed and have been meaning to post up here as well.
Fit was fair. I did re-use the OEM braces with the factory foam in place. I had to slightly modify the braces on one of the sides at the bottom the allow new radiator to fit.

You may see cooler temps from a new radiator if your old radiator had lost some of its cooling efficiencies due to build up of contaminates inside (scaling, sludge, etc) and outside (dirt and debris).
I appreciate hearing that your shop likes to use OEM parts, I dont hear that a lot.
As having air in the system, in my experience, you do not always hear it. I still think it might have some trapped. Are you running is with the front and rear heat on full blast.
And in regards to the...
@EPTX @Brandon Ryder @highonpottery any issues with your all aluminum Mishimoto radiators? Also, are you monitoring coolant temps via some type of digital gauge? What normal diving condition ranges are you seeing?
@highonpottery I know one of your previous posts said you appeared to be running...
It should be the same or a few degrees cooler.
You are correct I do I have a 100 and a Mishimoto radiator, however I have you to install it. That said, I have read of other installing it and not having any issues with it.
It still seems that you have air in the system. You may want to see if...
@parkeyjack i think I responded to your Facebook post as well. Mine has the foam top seal. IMO it serves an important purpose to seek off the top gap and insure proper airflow. If your shop didn’t install it, I’d ask them if they still have it and if not, then reach out to Mishimoto and let them...
