Another check engine/VSC off/VSC trac lights adventure in process

Come in from underneath. Remove the plastic skid plate and you should be able to squeeze a wrench in there. It's tight, but doable.

The one that I installed just adds an aux-in to the radio. I think they have other units with bluetooth and usb etc, but I just wanted something simple.

It was pretty easy. You just need some plastic trim tools to get the dash apart. I think I used some heavy duty velcro to attach the grom over next to one of the air vents. The only thing I would suggest is buying a beefier 1/8" stereo male to male cable. The one that it comes with is pretty...

Who has an Interstate MT7-75DT in stock?

Very nice. What switch did you use and how did you mount it? Thanks.

I have the Tacoma kit here: Toyota Tacoma sPOD Kit The Universal kit sits on top of the fusebox which is fine on most vehicles. But on the 100-series there isn't enough room for it there between the fusebox and the hood.

A few shots from Big Bend in November. I set up my hf ham radio at several locations around the park as a part of National Parks on the Air. I made over 500 contacts across the US and around the world.

If you guys aren't already on it, join the Texas Overland group on Facebook. It seems like there's always a group there getting ready to go to Big Bend.

If I was buying an spod again today, I would still get the switches rather than the screen. I think the switches install cleaner (I've already got a bunch of other crap on my dash when I'm out exploring - tablet, ham radio, inreach, etc) and I don't really want another screen. I've got a...

Tire PSI advice straight from BFGoodrich

It's a p-rated tire on a light truck, so you have to divide 2480 by 1.1. So the actual capacity is 2254. That works out to just under 45 psi on an LT tire.

    ARB Twin Compressor Install

Thanks, if you have a picture that shows what you did with a bit more detail that would be awesome. Also, do you have a relay/controller installed with your dual battery setup? If so, where did you mount it? I've got a blue sea ML-ACR ready to go in and I'm looking at the back side of the...

    ARB Twin Compressor Install

Has anybody installed a twin compressor with the battery on one of Slee's new trays? I put mine in today, but as you can visualize from the other pictures posted, with the battery in place, you can't access the air connection on the front of the compressor. I don't have a manifold kit since I...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Where did you get those adapters that connect to the military-style terminals? And is that bar relocating the negative terminal post home brewed? Any more details? Thanks.

Yes, the 10 is 1" and the 25 is 25mm which is pretty darn close to an inch as well :-)

KISS Drawers (Keep It Simple Storage) For 100 Series

I believe it's the 10-series product (or maybe the 25 - I'm not sure if there's actually a difference between the two)

KISS Drawers (Keep It Simple Storage) For 100 Series

Thx, I've been trying to figure out if it's possible to build a fridge slide out of 80/20 like the drawer frames. I'd really like to have a fridge slide that swings down so my wife can reach it, but the Tembo Tusk Loadspotter costs more than the fridge did.
