Wheel fell off near Scipio Utah

I just had my front passenger wheel fall off going 80mph down hwy 15 in Utah. The wheel studs sheared off. I'm looking for ideas on where to take for repairs. Edit: all fixed up. Any ideas what would cause all 6 wheel studs to break? Torque was checked before trip, went from Washington to...

    Finally fixed my spongy brakes.

My drivers front wheel bearing was loose. Oops. It must've loosened up shortly after I rebuilt the steering knuckles, and I didn't think to check that. I have the fancy trailgear locknuts, I didn't think they could go slack like that.

SOLD  $1000 Dissent off-road gift certificate -WA

I won a dissent offroad gift certificate at Cruise Moab, but they don't make anything for 80s. It's for $1000, and I'd like to sell it for $800. 100% made in the USA

Brake bleeding - shop in Utah?

I'm on the road to Cruise Moab, and seem to have some air in my brake lines. Thought I had it bled but it's still fighting me. I should be going through salt lake City tomorrow, any advice on cruiser shops that could do short notice? Thanks, Mike

Steering gets harder on left turn.

If I'm not rolling, I can turn all the way to the right without any trouble. Turning to the left it gets significantly harder about half a turn from full lock. If I'm rolling a tiny bit it steers easy. Just flushed my power steering fluid, no change after that. I recently did a front axle...

    Considering Cruise Moab 2018

I'm thinking about making plans to go. My 93 has a 3" TJM progressive lift, OPOR sliders, Ironman front bumper with a comeup winch, prinsu rack with an ARB RTT. Stock rear bumper/trailer hitch. I have a set of 285 KO2s, and a set of 255 KM2s, so I'd have to figure out which would be preferable...

    Who stocks air lifts?

I'm currently on the road, and overloaded for my rear springs. Looking for somewhere to buy or also install an air lift. I'll be in Yellowstone tomorrow, then headed for Denver. Headed towards Moab after that. Any ideas on what stores stock or could acquire quickly? I could also order off Amazon...

    Webbing Cargo Barrier?

Been looking around for a way to keep dogs in the back. I was thinking that a webbing or cargo net would be ideal as a quick removable option. Does anyone make something specific to the 80 series? If not I'll likely make something up myself. I like the idea of a compact barrier that I can throw...

    Ironman Bumper Winch Clearance issue

So I started installing my new Ironman Deluxe bumper. I got the winch plate on and went tried to fit a Comeup Seal Gen2 12.5rs. Unfortunately it doesn't quite clear the transmission cooler. Has anyone moved their stock cooler? Or replaced with an aftermarket? I'm leaning towards an aftermarket...

    Roof Rack Removal Question

I've been searching around without luck. I'd like to remove my factory rack to check for rust. My rig was garage stored from day one.. so I'm hoping it's in decent shape, but from what I've seen that's not likely. If I start removing screws and one spins can I just put the rest back in and be...

TJM progressive springs + Fox shocks

Just did my lift yesterday. Stock 93 cruiser with third row seats. Gained 3 inches all around and a level stance. Ride quality is good. Ran a mix of bumpy in town roads, highway, and washboard dirt road with some potholes. I think I could use a little more weight to smooth things out, but huge...

    Cutting into rear crossmember?

I recently had to tow a camp trailer with a 7way plug. I picked up one of these to adapt over: http://www.amazon.com/Flagline-47185-Hopkins-Multi-Tow-Adapter/dp/B0002Q80GS/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1430083715&sr=1-1&keywords=7pin+trailer+plug I'm considering drilling a hole in the...
