Check out the factory Scion radios. There are several threads on here about those stereos and which attributes they have. Also they are plug and play with just a very minimal trimming of the stereo surround.

When my factory antenna broken I ran the coax to the back and mounted an am/fm firestick to a yotateq mount (works great and I get better reception than I did with the factory antenna). Since people are saying the splitter and combo antenna aren't great, you could run the cb antenna to the other...
Received the FJ Cruiser fire extinguisher mount ($30 and included the factory mount attached to it). Only had to drill one hole to modify it to fit the rear grab handle location. Will be adding at least one super quick fist to help hold it in place, but the factory mount keeps it from rattling...
Added carpet to my sleeping/storage platform. Carpeted the tailgate, and plastidipped my bolt hangers and added a QuickDraw for a handle and easy access.

Hamishpotter they are blazing ledz pivot work lights. The base comes with the light and has a magnet on the back. I had planned to find LEDs to mount in the rear speaker locations but found these on a whim at the check out counter of Ace hardware. They fit perfectly where I mounted them and...
D-rings mounted in rear cargo panels. Not the strongest location, but adds another tie down point if needed. I did add a wood block behind the mount for strength.
