I just did the brake pads and rotors and I am having the same issue. Would the scraping noise just go away after awhile or is it just going to persist until the backing plate is replaced or rotor inner ring is ground down
This is the little connector for the transmission cooler that sits below the driverside headlight. You should make a replacement kit as they are starting to rust out. And BTW I am one of the proud owners of your power steering cooler kit. Thanks.

I have an 80 and 200 series and I love the 200 as a family hauler. I skipped over the 100 series so I don't have much input on the 100s but I did test drive a few. If 200 is in you budget, I'd consider it as well. They are plenty powerful, capable and comfortable.
I couldn't get the power piston bolt off so I ordered a reman from parts geek and it's pretty crappy. Ended up returning it and I just ordered a used oem that looked to be in decent condition from eBay.
Be careful when you pull the gear. Make sure the puller isn't pulling on any teeth. I ended up bending a few teeth when I pulled mine and had to order a new one
