I'm so far out of the stereo game I wouldn't even know where to start. What would be the best unit to fill the stock location with all the bells and whistles?
Started running rough last night at red lights and stop signs, got error code p0301 cylinder one. Pulled the plug and it was wet with gas so is this just a wire gone bad I' assuming?
At highway speeds I thought the fan would be for lower speeds.
Also I took this fan clutch of my 95 that was set up exactly the same it did not run hot.
1997 170k miles, 35" tired j springs l shocks, brand new radiator, blue fan clutch, new thermostat, new hoses, new fluids.
With ac on it gets hot above 60mph without ac on it gets hot above 70mph.
Per scan gauge below 70mph with no ac gets to 193-198 degrees above 70 mph slowly climbs to...
I pulled the front of the shade off the rails down into the cab then closed the glass. The trim of the glass was shattered and jammed everything up in the rear this is what i found.
No the shade in in the right track this is my 96 I have a 95 also looking at both everything looks identical but I can not get the shade to slide it seems paired with the glass.
So I opened the sunroof last night without opening the sliding sun shade first. Now the sunshade is stuck I cannot push it back. Even worse the sunroof will not close all the way with 5 days or rain starting tomorrow.
When opened al the way the shade solids with the glass but stops about 4-5...
Everything is normal now cell lights up.
The alternator was putting out 14-17 volts but was only getting 11.0 back. The battery and fuse box was only getting 11.3. Replaced the wire connector and nut no issues.
I don't know the only thing that changed is that connection and I just drove 200 miles no issues. Same relay all same fusable links. I will replace them as they look worn but they were not the issue this time.
Nut on the back of alternator had come loose causing the wires to over heat. No fuses blew relays were all fine fusable links are still all working. Replaced the corroded and burnt wires everything works.
