    Took it to another shop and the guy said best bet would be to cut off the flange to the cats, drill holes for 02 sensors, weld in a new 2 in 1 out cat and use everything from there back. Quoted 650 to do this. Let me know your thoughts.

    I DD my 94, round trip 30 miles, have to fill up every Thursday usually (4 day work week), in the summer I will DD my 73 VW Thing when its nice out but other than that it's the 80.

    Check the fuel filter sock and make sure its not clogged. I had a similar thing going on with mine and turned out to be rust in the tank clogging the sock.
