    FJ60 hood bumpstop

    I fixed bofe for $2.50. It don't show with hood closed. Furniture cushion for 5/8" OD tube is snug fit on OEM adjustment hardware. See foto.

    FJ60 rear spring center pin

    Crusty old pin (bolt 10mm) had 9/16" dowel diameter. Hole in rubber cushion is 5/8". (9/86 issue) 1/4" schedule 40 pipe has 9/16" OD. Made 2 shims 1/4" & 1". 1/4" goes on top. Installed 5/16" bolt. Shaved wrench flats. Added 2 flat washers. See foto. It don't handle much better.

    75-87 carb diafram

    Old diafram didn't fold nicely. Foto. When pulled in, new diafram tends to take on wave or ripple shape. No sharp folds. There might be a market for $ 200 aereospace grade convoluted diaphragm with 100 year warranty.
