Thanks guys. One last question...am I asking for trouble if I add some JB weld to the crack and wait another 900 miles until I hit 110,000, or is that stuff pretty secure? I know, I should probably go ahead and do it, but just curious on your thoughts.
Hey guys, so yeah, looks like I've got the radiator crack, so I'm going go ahead and replace it, but I wanted to make sure this is the correct part number for the updated version of the radiator: Toyota 16400-50384, for a 2013 Land Cruiser.
I just hit 109,000 miles so from what I'm reading, I...
Wow, I guess I'm out of touch...I was thinking an OEM windshield was in the $1500 range. I've got a rock chip from years ago, and scratches from over the years, so I was thinking about replacing it, but I might just learn to live with the scratches. ;)
I'm glad you mentioned that. I was actually wondering how the HVAC worked with these units. I'll have to see if I can find one with the controls built in. Thanks.
Hey guys, I know there are a few threads regarding Tesla style head units, and I have read through most of them, but I'm finding most of the threads are for specific models. I figured I would create a thread for general random questions, and I have a few.
1. So far, I haven't seen any units...
Yep, I have them in the 285/70/18, and they're great. I had the KO2s on before, and I think the Nittos are a better tire all around. Very quiet on the highway and awesome in the rain. I always get pissed at people doing 40 when it's raining, when I'm ready to go 70. :)
Okay, yes, I'm being lazy, but I figured I'd get a quicker answer by asking...I'm doing my 90k maintenance next week, basically just an oil change, but I'm thinking I should probably do a transmission flush too. I've never done one, so wanted to get your thoughts on that. Also, what about...
Thanks, I would definitely need a lot more info on it before I purchase, and of course see it for myself, so that's kind of what I'm wanting to know what you guys would normally look for. Any specific issues to 40s, other than rust of course. Also, I'm not planning on spending $44k for it...
Hey guys, I don't really post on the 40 forums, but I've been around the 200s for years. I hate to sound like a newbie, but let's face it, I am when it comes to 40s. Anyway, I've been wanting one and just kind of kicking tires for years, so I know what I want when it comes to color...
