The wires fell out. Which is pretty stupid. Its caused me problems on the other end (plug) as well, but solved those. Doesn't look like new ones are available.
my EGT temp sensor is being stupid and I would like to fix it. My assumption is that these wires don't have polarity as they are only looking for delta Voltage, but do they? Can't find what I am looking for in the FSM
I've got a 2008 GX470 with the mark levinson and it has the AUX in. Mine is too spotty to work reliably anymore. It looks like this.
Im trying to get it to work or to replace it with something better (that doesn't cost $200 either). Wanted to see if people had solutions to this. My thinking...
EDIT - it looks like its standard heater hose with a 5/8 ID? Recommendations on clamps? I prefer the Toyota spring clamps to the generic deals, but what is that pinned clamp?
Just below the heater control valve on the firewall. Its pretty soft and its pretty obviously leaking. I can't find what it is PN wise or dimension wise.
Cruiser outfitters is the one who I will be buying locally from. They don't have a tone of experience with Dobinson lift heights though. I am headed down there today to pick some springs and other parts up. Hopefully they can advise, but I don't think they will have much to say given they wont...
Thats a nice fix. I just ended up ordering some aftermarket ones from someone here and painted them to match. They look great, but aren't quite as nice as factory ones. I still have my old ones, maybe I'll try this.
I need someone smarter than me to help me with coil selection.

So with my rear panhard lift bracket installed the Cruiser drives SO much better. It tracks straighter, it doesn't bob my head around nearly as much and it's just so much more civil. BUT it also means that my panhard mount on the axle side is up higher and now hits a crossmember under full...
The slip joint on these trucks is notorious for slop, is the entire shaft spinning or just half of it? What happens if you load up the slip joint with grease? does the noise go away for a little while?
Question about trackbar length and alignment. I just put on a dobinson front trackbar (apparently they are trackbars in the front and panhards in the rear...) - rather I had someone do it because I didn't want to. They didn't do a GREAT job centering it and its offset passenger a little less...
Pleats? No but you have to be careful with how the wires poke through. If you aren't careful you will see them through the leather. My seat guy had to redo them because they were poking through.
I just had my PS pump replaced because it was leaking like crazy (it was a 3rd party reman, but is now a Toyota part). Now the pump stopped leaking but the leak on the floor is getting bigger. Turns out its coming from here. It was coming from here as well before. The trouble is that both of...
So the coils are TJM, and yeah they aren't touching in the light rate. If I remember they say they are 170/220 lbs for the rears (they don't list them). The ICON shocks I have are actually custom valved...but they have screwed this up several times, so it wouldn't surprise me that the valving...
