Has anyone attempted to integrate the stock Toyota locking diff switch with the ARB air locker switches to allow a seamless and stock looking setup? The ARB switches I have used on the past aren’t great looking.
Just curious if anyone has a picture of a Base LX600 in Niori Green and 18” wheels they can post? Considering placing an order but Lexus build configurator does not include the available 18” wheel.
I did not see a picture in the Picture Thread.
Hello - any Canadians that can point me to a video or set of instructions for installing the Kats cartridge block heater on a 5.7L Tundra? My dealer is having a terrible time finding the tube and installation instructions are no longer included in the FSM.
One of the things I noticed in the launch video was a picture in the background with 2 shaded vehicles. One looked like a 2 door, modern interpretation of the FJ Cruiser. The other looked like the Land Cruiser version of the Lexus TX. Anyone else notice that?
Really interested in the payload and static/dynamic roof load ratings. I do like that even the base model has an integrated brake controller and 7 pin / 4 pin connectors installed. The connectors do sit very low however.
Anyone know the Toyota part number for the OEM front skid plate? I did a forum search as well as looked at some Toyota sites but only found a smaller left and right skid.
And before you tell me, I am looking to stay OEM.
I was in Columbus, Ohio this weekend visiting 2 of my sons attending college there and came across a government contractor and their parking lot. Rows of brand new LC200 GXRs, Hilux, and 70 series pickups and 5 door wagons. Glancing at one of the 200s near the fence, it had a build sheet...
Another rainy day here in Scottsdale so I thought I would swing by my local Toyota dealer to see if they finally got a Sequoia in to look at. Saw a 2023 4Runner Special Edition with these cool side stripe decals.
Anyone know if someone is making something similar for the Land Cruiser?
Just curious what big trips you may have planned this year for you and your 200. I have a few things planned but the biggest is a Seattle to Radisson, QC fishing trip up the James Bay Rd. No interstates or highways. I plan to hit all the native Cree villages as well. Should be an interesting...
All - looking for the Toyota part number of the clear one piece plastic cover / lens that covers the front map light in my 2015 200. Broke mine yesterday and, after an hour looking , no luck on finding the part number for specific part.
Had a couple of 921 Canbus LED reverse light bulbs laying around and thought i would try them in the woefully dim overhead map lights. I am not an electrical or electronics person. Any way these bulbs can damage the console, either electrically or from heat? They were intended as replacement...
How often should we replace brake fluid in our 200s? After 100k miles / 7 years it seems as if the pedal is getting softer, even after new pads and rotors. I have not found a service interval for the 200. My 60 and 100 was every 60k but not sure with the more modern 200.
Thoughts?
My parking brake on the 200 no longer holds the vehicle. Dealer seems to think that they need to take the interior apart to adjust something but I wanted to better understand before trusting them with that. Searched the forum but I didn’t see any good links to show me how to tighten it up...
OTHER THAN regular errands and commuting, how many adventure miles do you put on your 200 per year?
I don’t commute to work but still manage to put 20-25k miles per year on my 200. Usually pulling my off-road camping trailer.
How about you?
Just got back for a long drive through the desert down south and ended up with a pinhole refrigerant leak in one of the AC hose fittings by the drivers side rear wheel. The leak is in 0ne of the metal fittings between the hose from the front and the rear floor. Toyota only sells the hose and...
All - trying to better manage and route my block heater and battery heater power cables. I would like to bring them out through the bottom bumper grill but for the life of me I can’t find a space to route them through past the radiator / front clip area. Any ideas?
All - as things south of the US border begin to reopen, I once again am thinking of destinations south. I typically take my 98 100 when I head to Mexico and and central america but it is stuck in Alaska so I will take my 200. I've driven it a few times and have found that both vehicles seem to...
They have 13 available between Ohio and Michigan. Vehicle Inventory Results | Inventory Search | BuyAToyota.com/MI-OH-KY-TN | Buy A Toyota - https://www.buyatoyota.com/mi-oh-ky-tn/inventory/results/?series=landcruiser&limit=18
Now that the 2022 Tundra has semi officially hit (thanks leakers) and all the Youtubers who saw it in Plano 2 weeks ago can talk about the exterior at least, i wonder when the Lexus LX750h is going to be officially announced? Can’t wait to see what a V6 TT hybrid powertrain brings to our...
Knew it would come to this.
