That’s a fair option if you can find someone to do it.
Also the knowledge to increase the output of the the standard alternator from 30A to 60A by using a stator from a 12v unit seems to have been lost. Once the carrot of 60A plus gets dangled it’s hard to resist.

The HXA041 has a foot to foot length of 81mm compared to the 12HT 105mm. Other measurements such at the Adjustment hole to Pivot hole is correct at 175mm and a shaft diameter of 17mm meaning the 12HT pulley will swap over.

The HXA004 is also from an old vehicle (Nissan SD22) and may be difficult to obtain. Be careful in choosing to make sure you get the 50cc vacuum pump, not the 30cc vacuum pump in other similar models.

Resurrecting this discussion to keep it all together. Assuming the 12HT runs the same alternator as a 2H, the OEX HXA027 contains the physical specs we need to match. This is the 12v version, but it gives us the specs we can match 24v units

Thanks for posting it too. I’ve had a similar journey of performance improvements (exhaust GTurbo and PDI) but haven’t yet gone with the plus 30’s and pump reworked. That was by ADS in Mareeba I guess?

Your own curiosity won't be satisfied until you remove the dump pipe and check things, but it would seem to me that the waste gate is working as expected if boost did not creep up to 22psi after you reconnected the actuator...
