    What kind of tires you use? What type offroad you gona do? Here i see a few splitcases broken with ls engines swap.... The idler gear washers don't hold the load in long sand hill climb. (Around a minute at WOT) finally the idler gear comes ouf of the case... nice carnage Greetings

    eaj71 thanks for the info. Should be 40x45mm. im just curious about the distance between rivet and pintle hook holes. my rivet and pintle hook holes are not straight. :(

    Hello folks. Im looking for the distance between rivets in mm. I trying to build a custom trailer hitch. Basically is the distance between rivets and also de 4 holes for the oem pintle hook. i do my research but nothing found other than the 1 3/4" x 3 3/4" holes for the pintle hook.

    I think is located in the side engine cover. You can remove the pcv and shake it.. you should hear a rattle noise. And blow it. It shouldn't be clogged.

    Look like spring has sprung.. Here i see arb and oem elocker not a harrop yet. Both are really good lockers. The problem i see with the oem is the long splines weakness. And harrop vs arb looks better just because you dont need a air compressor. Now i get it. is a European or aus axle. Good...

    Ok. I'm bit confused.. if the 70 series rear axles came with disc brakes why you install 80 series hubs and brakes? To switch from 5x150mm to 6x5.5 bolt wheel pattern?

    I get a h55 from a 1988 Japanese market bj74. Its basically the split tcase with the 38mm idler shaft and vacuum actuator for the 4wd.
