I just got my license renewal notice for my 91 FJ80, it indicated that I need to go through emissions testing again this year...I just had it tested last year. I looked back at all my previous tests and they were every 2 years.
Did something change that now requires me to test every year?

anybody else find that decent replacement lights for the 80 are not terribly easy to find and they can be kinda pricey when you do find them? I drive my 80 almost everyday so I need to keep it street legal, but it does get banged around on rocks every now and again as well.
