I recently did the same thing. Motor swap and blinkers stopped working. Fuses kept blowing as soon as a put a new one in. Moved the ground on the battery thinking that was the problem, fixed the blowing fuses but still no blinkers. My hazardswork just fine and i know i dont have blown out bulbs...
Does it matter which port the vac for distributor gets hooked up to? If it does where is it located? I've looked through all my books but cant find anything for it.

I have another question jim, what ports are actually plugged? I know the cb needs to be hooked up but what does the vac advanced hook up to? what is the port on the carb insulator for?
