The 4BD2TC motor mounts are lower than the FJ62 frame rails, and rather than just weld in oblique mounts, angled down and inward, we decided to continue them down to a cross brace. I'll try it out. If it presents with issues, we'll break out the torch and lop it off. :)
The FJ went with Oscar Flores, one of the owners, who incidentally also took about $40k of my money with him. He owns PACOL, LLC - fabricators of new replacement FJ40/45 body panels from Bogota, Columbia and Atlanta Georgia. If you run into this guy beware - he is I believe completely dishonest...
