    I was never a fan of the Iron Man bumper (or any Iron Man products) and as soon as an other bumper was available I got rid of it. Access to the winch clutch, or visibility of the drum is poor at best. It did make a good example in class of what to look for when purchasing a bumper though.

    I think you got the approach, breakover and departure wrong or crossed. The 550 is much better in all three.

    Purchase as low mileage as you can afford, replace the trans fluid, add a trans cooler and monitor. I initially installed the factory cooler that's on TROTW Prado 150 and found it inadequate and up sized to a larger Hadden. Rarely see above 215.

    Drain the engine block as well, fill and flush with distilled water and service with Toyota coolant.

    Easy swap of the front bumps but the rear was a PITA due to the aftermarket Daystar bumps I installed when I installed my suspension system.

    Been a while! New truck parts arrived today, Perry Parts bump stops. Time will tell if these are a updated part compared to Timbren? The design and engineering thought looks promising!
