It's made by Slinky Customs in Australia. The closest bumpers in the US I have seen are made by AOE and NWTI. I am a big fan of this bumper and am looking to get one similar soon.
Also make sure your truck has the clearance for the big ledge at the beginning/end of the trail. The rest a stock 80 can do fine. Mine was stock when I did it, but the ledge was super sketchy regarding potential damage even with 2 experienced spotters.
