    Thanks for the reply, but yeah, this is definitely a hole in the header. What I'm wondering now is if an exhaust leak can cause firing problems.

    I've had an exhaust leak forever. It makes a fairly loud ticking sound somewhere down low on the header. It comes from the #3 header pipe. Ok with that said, since its been cold it takes quite awhile for the ticking to start. I'm pretty sure it must be missing firing on that cylinder...

    You can also get the rebuild kits from most auto parts stores. They are under $5 per cylinder. This assumes that your current cylinders are in good enough shape to rebuild.

    Where can i get a gas cap replacement?

    I got the OEM Toyota one awhile back, it actually fixed all my gas fumes problems.
