    troubleshooting an 80 that won't idle

    I have a 96 cruiser with ~300k that won't idle. Runs fine it just won't stay idling. I did plugs, wires,pcv, hoses, filter and checked for visible vac leaks. Although it runs much better, it still won't idle. What should I look at or replace next? Egr? Thank

    My 300,000 mile 80 wont idle and therefore wont pass emissions. Im looking for someone in the Albuquerque area to help. Just enough to get it passable, not to address the various problems of a 300,000 mile vehicle. Does anyone have recommendations? thanks
