Wanted 99 LX470 / 100 Series window trim - passenger side front and rear

The front doors each have one screw located on the top-inside of the door jamb. Remove those and pry the old molding up with a plastic trim tool. The rear ones don't have screws. Make sure that the new molding is aligned correctly before seating it.

Wanted 99 LX470 / 100 Series window trim - passenger side front and rear

Take a look on Ebay. Search for belt molding. Prices are way cheaper than what I paid about a year ago from a Saudi supplier. I don't know about the quality on the cheaper priced ones. Used ones would be trashed by removal.

OEM rear view mirror mount adapter?

I went to the Wolfbox website and didn't see a mirror bracket for the 100 series. I see one for Tundra, 4Runner and other Toyotas. Which bracket did you use? Thanks.

Ohana Rig Supply - struggles. Advice wanted.

It took about a month to get the console steath panel for my 100 series. It was a slow process and I had some doubts about it but I'm very satisfied with the product.

    Alright.....hello

I drove a 69 Dart GTS back in the day. Same color as your Swinger. It was a de-tuned drag car from Western Carolina Dodge.

    New Shock Option Soon!

The 5160's are too stiff on the top end for low speed off-road trails. The same way on potholes and broken pavement. Cold weather seems to make them stiffer too. They are great on smooth pavement but I could've had that and more with new OEM shocks. I'll probably switch out the fronts later on.

Old 2UZFE still purrs like a kitten.

Rolls Royce had an advertisement doing that on their V12 engine. They revved it up and it stayed in place.

The MUD 100 series Photos thread

I saw a Tacoma a while back that looked like it had been in a demolition derby. No glass left in the cab and the roof caved in. And he was "driving it like he stole it"

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

To bleed the cooling system when the truck is cold. Park with the front uphill or jack up the front slightly. Rad cap off and heater on. You can rev the engine to 2500 or so rpms to get the coolant moving. Watch the coolant level and fill as needed. Button up everything and drive around the...

The headlight buckets didn't have the proper mounting slots to attach the corner lights. I had to drill those out. Typical China knockoff. Not great quality.

I ordered it from alibaba. It came as a kit with the headlights. I think you can find the grille on Ebay without the headlights. It's for 06-07 model LC. I cut the bottom lip that turns under to fit flush over the center support on my 99.

Tire question- anyone go from Nitto Terra G2 to Michelin LTX m/s?

The Toyos are great tires too. They wear like iron. No flats in 50,000 miles. Picked up a nail already on the Defenders. Toyos were good in the snow. Don't know yet on the Defenders.

Here's a few. Disregard the bumper gap. Haven't pinned it yet.
