Sounds like a similar issue I had. I chased it for months, it was my track bar, bushings went but had enough tension or something not to move when I was shaking everything.
Just on the 200 page perusing. Not sure if it's just for looks, or to save money on the wheel options but running spacers on any vehicle changes the geometry of the bearing load and wears the bearing prematurely. There are some offset wheels that can mitigate this but at that point I'm not sure...

It sounds like that relay was good before you changed the ground wire. I'm having a strange not starting issue I'm tracking down at the moment that when I disconnect the battery and reconnect it will start right up. Frustrating as heck but it gets me going.
Mine is doing exactly this. I've bled the fuel from the pressure regulator and it clears up for a one trip then starts again the next time I start the car.
