Hey man, actually had a death in the family back in 18 and then spent almost 1.5 years in military service and had very limited cell service during that time
Hi all!
After a long hiatus back here to post an update, my 200 served me well clocking in over 220k kms without missing a beat or any issues whatsoever.
In February of 2017 put it back to stock, sold it and got a manual y61 patrol.
That thing was utter and complete sh*t
by June of 2019...
How many miles are on it, also do you know of the previous owner took it off-road or occasionally engaged 4-lo and the centre diff? I totalled 145,000miles on my 200 and never had any issues as I would engage 4-lo and the centre diff at least once a month
Got the chrome grille, side mirrors and door handles vinyl wrapped in black matte.
Also de-catted the exhaust and re-tuned the motor, had an issue with too much pressure building up in the gas tanks causing the engine to bog when accelerating from standstill. Used to happen 2-3 times per day...
Wanted a manual and picked it up before the super safaris came out, plus side it doesn't have tpms and traction control to annoy me. I already have @Thebedouin60 cursing me for the switch
Been dealing with a s***box
The nissan has been the most unreliable brand new car I've ever had, oil leaks, ac gas leak, exhaust hangar breaking as well as the engine cutting out due to excessive pressure in the fuel tank all this with less than 20k on the motor. Fixed everything on my...
I got the plate fabricated at Robbies motorsports in DIP, ask for Vlad he does the custom fabrications.
Didn't need to upgrade suspension i think if I kept the steel winch line it would've been too much weight, but with the synthetic line on the Warn10k no problems whatsoever.
Thanks, it's a '94. The Japanese supercars were outlawed here years ago and very few remained registered. This one had to be converted to LHD in Japan, undergo an inspection from the police and licensing institute to get a certificate to ensure safety of the conversion before being able to be...
Been a while since I've posted on mud, been too busy trying to finish up my 635 restoration. I got a little side tracked when I found another dream car of mine....
Took it out for a test drive and it's a dream to drive, might have to get an extra parking space now
Here's the patrol with the black fenders and bumpers, bringing the trailer back after getting it ready for the winter season.
Not many updated as most my time is spent trying to finish up my BMW 635 restoration
Here's how we mounted the cooler by bending and cutting the universal mounts that came with it.
A foam piece we had laying around was used as a grommet to make sure the lines don't rub
The lines were routed and ziptied in a way they won't be running on any metal and on each other.
The...
I actually pulled off the lightbar and winch to install an oil cooler and stock winch bumper, original bumper got a little damages from a parking lot hit and run.
Front and rear bumper skins cost around $200 and got the fender flares painted black to match.
