Those are pretty cool. I never thought about getting a pair but just might have to add to the wish list. My problem would be the bar around my lights getting in the way others might have great success.
The noise is kinda like a roar. I need to design some sort of wind deflection for the front. Either Plexiglas glass or thin metal from the roof to the bottom of the lights.
I made this one out of heavy gauge square tubing. I made it wide enough so I can fit full sheets of plywood and sheetrock between the rails. And the light rail is high enough for 8 inch lights, if I every need bigger lights.
Well budbuilt was off on their measurements. But they sent me a knew ASAP. Apparently nobody has been complaining about the measurements being different. They built these for 8 years now at the wrong measurement. Or maybe the 1995 is different the rest of the years. All in all I'm happy...
I'm sure this is a worn out subject but I'm looking at Smitty built winches and wondering which Lb. I should choose for my fzj80. 8000, 10,000, 12,000, or 15,000... the difference in price is $100 from one another...
I see. Well budbuilt is looking into it cause I am the second person this week that has brought that to there attention. I'm just a little concerned that I don't have enough threads from the link ends turned in the end of the drag link.
