my heater core has been rodded out and re-soldiered i have a Chevy 5.3 and all new hoses and the heater valve bypassed, it still wont keep the windows de-fogged on a cold day I have never had a/c that worked on this thing, I'm thinking the universal heater and then I can 3d print some...
I'm so over the stock heater in my 1981 60, it never worked worth a dam when it was working.... the heater core started leaking, tore the dash apart and had it fixed at a radiator shop.... started leaking again.... and yes i tried all the crap on how to fix/upgrade the stock heater and none...

I bought a glue on tab from NAPA and installed a gentex auto dim mirrior with compass and temp, i sanked the wires through the head liner and i looks good, i dont have any pics yet
