Quick bump update:
Recent Work: Had injectors cleaned and O2 sensors both replaced. Excellent Compression in all cylinders. Runs Strong! No more rough idle of any kind. Engine feels like a new truck!

This. Also, mine were in pretty securely and required a firm pull. Nothing too crazy, but I was surprised they didn't just pop off. The map light was especially tight. Happy LED fun times!
