Im factory locked so all good there. I was thinking of going with your gearing setup as well. I hear the front gear in 4.88 is stronger but there are plenty running 5.29 without issues as well. Just be more mindful about being locked and flooring it in reverse.:)
Thanks, I agree with the offroad gearing. The other option I was considering was overdrive high range and 5.29 coupled with the lower low range but I cant do all at the same time. I figured this would drop highway RPM's and still have a great crawl speed. This isnt a DD anyway. Its good to see...
Just to clarify, you installed the 10% underdrive on the high range and the low on the low range with your 5.29 and your happy with it. I am in the process of a engine rebuild and have the tranny out so plan to do the lower low range gears but was contemplating the under drive high range. I am...

It does move real well. And no, i didnt remove the screws. Thats a mistake i read about years ago but thanks for pointing that out. Is there anything else in there i can F up?
I actually like the rear heater. I use it when going to tahoe in the winter. I do plan on doing something about the hard lines though. Im just not sure what route to take. Ill have to inspect them real well first.
Haha, yes. It does hold quite a few beers though. The fridge in the house has two shelves to prechill beer. I also keep the fridge in the truck well stocked.
