If I recall correctly, that seal can be replaced on vehicle without having to tear down the transfer case, if that's where it looks like the gear oil is coming from.
Typically, if a wave or spring washer is involved, it will go between a flat washer and the bolt head or nut. So for Part A, 94531-00800 should be a wave or spring washer. I'm pretty sure I remember that that's what it is, but don't have my cruiser today so I can't verify. Likewise for Part...
The hard lines that go to on the frame (5 and 11 below) measure 8mm OD. 5/16" (7.9mm) ID should work. Eyeballing it, they may be 300mm long. If I were going to provide precut lengths, I'd leave them a little longer than that just in case. A 25' spool of quality fuel line is $20 from Summit...
That seems to be a new development. Online parts places are also listing those as discontinued. Regardless, they're just short sections of fuel hose, look at parts #14 and 15 in post #10. I can't imagine that a "cut to fit" solution wouldn't work, just as it does for the other two hoses.
You're correct. 60mm up to 11/84 (probably up to 04/85 for the FJ60) and 40mm for the later models. Either way, it's NLA from Toyota. If 60mm seems too long, buy both and see which fits best.
If the tranny is in neutral, you'll roll without the parking brake.
Very simplistically speaking, it's the same as a lever. By the time you've run through all the gearing, the wheels are on the short end of the lever and the crank is on the long end. It takes relatively little force, but a...
This is normal. That's how I rotate the engine to adjust the valves (I usually use the alternator, but same thing). If you're in gear, you can actually move the whole truck this way.
@stoshzack, that's correct. Combine the Tank and Vent Control Valve (VCV) lines into the lower (Tank) port of the new canister and run the Purge line as it is on the original canister.
No, there's at least four formulations.

Some people prefer LE because it's advertised as having higher Zinc and Phosphorous than the others (~1200 ppm vs ~ 800 ppm).
No, the bottom port on the OEM canister is a vent to atmosphere. On the AC Delco, the vent is the thing on top with the cap on it. If you WANT to keep the lower vent line, I think you can remove the cap and route a line down to it.
