2008+ LC 200 Front Axles x 2
Dealer sent me another set because first pair outer dust seals were bent. 2nd set had same issue, found out the seal comes off easily and Toyota sells it for $25…so now I have an extra set, just need to purchase the outer dust seals from Toyota. Typically $300+...
My 11 has done this off and on since new. Took it to the dealer early on and they said it’s completely normal, lot of moving parts up there and takes a little for the oil to get up in there. I do notice now it’s more prevalent when time to change the oil and usually goes into submission after...
Is this correct given it’s a 100 series? If it’s a 200/LX 570 would it be correct? Trying to figure out recommended pressure for p285/70/17 (Yokohama Geolandar A/T, SL 117 load) and P265/70/17 Michelin LTX AT? I know 265 not recommended, but hypothetically? Thanks in advance-
They lasted about a year....so the short answer is no, not very long. And I'm not a big fan of brakes either. If you bed them in properly the increased braking bite more then makes up for the maintance cost in crash savings.
This week...new tires, rotors, and pads all 4 corners, replaced brake fluid, power steering fluid, installed new radiator, cleaned and resealed leaking heat exchange gasket located under the intake manifold, flushed/replaced radiator fluid, thermostat, cap, and replaced water pump. After all...
This just started here too, CEL, VSC, and blinky 4-lo. Truck otherwise runs fine, except it will not go into low. Resetting by disconnecting battery makes it go away, but only very temporarily. The codes I throw are p0420 and p0430- emission codes I believe. I could only reset the 420 code...
Your Kings might only be giving you 1.5” lift in the front. When I first installed the kings after having Fox’s I could get nowhere near the same height with the foxes, kings are definitely top shelf - they just don’t have a whole lot of thread on the shock housing. How much thread do you...
This motor came out of a cherry 97 80 series I had purchased. It had 160,000 miles on the odometer when I was driving the vehicle home and became intrigued at just how much power it had after being accustomed to the 383 ponies in my 11 . So intrigued I was in fact, that when I punched it...
Set of 4 in great shape, I replace these with my stock rims off my 11 cruiser which were replaced by method forged Bead lockers. These wheels are forged and are lighter than all the aftermarket wheels if anyone is debating on replacing their stock wheels, unless you're going to a forged...
I have a set of four BFG AT KO's with about 60 to 70% life on the tires. Size is 285/65/18. Looking to get $400 or trade for?? . these were on my 03 Land Cruiser however I also have an 11 Land Cruiser when it comes to possible barter opportunities. Thanks for reading.
While on the subject, can anyone who installed the Toyota OEM remote starter later confirm whether they had to purchase the "remote start key fob" too as well, or are the original factory key fobs programmable to do the job? Thanks!
