    Found a few days later actually... I forgot about this thread. It was only about 10 blocks from my house, still full of gas and no damage. PD said sometimes people swipe vehicles just to prove they can. Anyway, new antitheft device installed so hopefully this won’t happen again.

    Shame on me. I pulled the relay out, pulled the cap off, realized there was an oz or two of water in the relay box and now the window rolls up on its own instead of down. Seems that I need to resolve other “upstream issues.”
