My 91 FJ80 is running bit rough so I was digging around under the hood while replacing plugs & found this part just sitting in front of the distributor cap....
What is it & where does it go?:)
Had this happen on my 91 & it was a relay. EFI relay if I remember right... ignition relay makes more sense but could be EFI relay cuts power to ignition if not engaged.

Thanks guys, Will take a close look at the shafts & spindles, but don't remember any grooves... yeah the fill plug was seized bad. Made the mistake of starting with a 12pt socket & rounded it off a bit. Got one of those Irwin extractor sockets just in case, will try some heat 1st...
