    OK, Ya I have hit it with some penetrating Oil. Sounds like it is just gonna take some elbow grease to get the pully off.

    Does anybody know of a replacement for the PS Pulley on a 3FE? I cant find any online. The only one I found was over $400 and Im not doing that. For a Pulley???? Really???

    FJ80 fan clutch and electric fan questions

    I have been having (kinda) the same issue with my 3FE. It runs HOT while on the Highway with the A/C on and while driving up grades. I have replaced pretty much everything but i got the same issue. Radiator, Fan Clutch, Thermostat, Water pump, all hoses, pressure tested and flushed numerous times.
